All orders placed at the Azabu Juban Yakuzen Curry Shinkai Online Shop will be shipped by Yamato Transport Co.
You can check your Yamato Transport delivery slip number and delivery status from the "Order History" page.

We do not ship overseas. Please note that we do not ship overseas.

About the number of days for delivery
Delivery will take approximately 2 days from the time of order, depending on the delivery area and time of order.
Wrapping will take about 3 days.
If you wish to specify a delivery date, you may do so from 4 days after your order is placed.
If you do not specify a delivery date, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
You may also specify only the time of delivery.
Please note that even if you have requested a delivery date and time, delays may occur due to traffic conditions on the day of delivery.
Please understand this in advance.

About the designation of delivery date and time
Except for the following, you can specify the desired delivery date and time when you place your order.
However, the time period and time zone you can specify depends on the delivery area and the time you order, so please check the "Desired Delivery Date and Time" section.

Even if you have requested a delivery date and time, delays may occur due to traffic conditions on the day of delivery. Please understand this in advance.

Please note that some areas in Hokkaido, Shimane, Nagasaki, Kagoshima, Okinawa, and Izu Islands may take longer than the above delivery time.
*If you order items that cannot be shipped by air (liquids, sprays, nail polish, fragrances, etc.) to Hokkaido, Okinawa, or remote islands, please allow 7 to 10 days longer than usual for delivery.

About Delivery Destination
If you wish to have your order delivered to a delivery office, please contact the delivery company directly and inform them of your request for delivery to a delivery office based on the invoice number shown in the automatic delivery e-mail sent at the time of shipment after your order is confirmed.
What to do if you do not receive your order
If the product is delivered and you are not at home, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence.
Please make sure to pick up your items after adjusting your preferred delivery date and time within the re-delivery period (within 7 days).
Please note that if you do not receive the merchandise, the merchandise will be automatically returned to us.
Please note that the same handling as above will apply in the case of an unknown address or an incomplete address.
The returned merchandise will be cancelled at our discretion.
We will not be able to re-deliver the item, so please place a new order yourself. Please note that we may not have the requested item in stock at that time.
